因部分组别比赛仍在进行，且工作人员需要核实所有资料准确无误，因此部分组别成绩未能及时公布，请各位选手包涵，评审委员会将核实并尽快陆续公布成绩。

The results are being announced one after another.

Due to the competition in some divisions is ongoing and the staff needs to verify that all information is accurate, the results of some divisions cannot be announced in time. We kindly ask for the understanding of all participants, The committee will announce the results as soon as possible.

个人、团体及声乐项目全场总冠军争夺战

比赛日期：8 月 17 日
报到地点：狮子会蒋翠琼中学大礼堂（赛场 2）
报到时间：10:00
演奏时限：限演奏 3 分钟

成绩干赛事结束后公布，各全场总冠军必定于8月18日晚上的闭幕音乐会进行演出及接受颁奖。缺席者，将被取消获奖资格，奖金亦不颁发。
注:组委会可因应实际状况，对演出者资格要求及节目安排作出更改，选手不得异议。

Overall Championship Battle (Individual, Group & Vocal Divisions)

Congratulations to all 1st-place winners!
You are invited to compete in the Overall Championship Battle under the following rules:

• Date: August 17

• Reporting Venue: Auditorium, Lions Club Chiang Tsui King Secondary School (Hall 2)

• Registration Time: 10:00

• Performance Time Limit: 3 minutes maximum

Results & Awards:

• Winners will be announced after the competition.

• All Overall Champions must perform and receive awards at the Closing Concert on the evening of August 18.

• Absence will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes.

NOTE: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify performer eligibility requirements and program arrangements as necessary. Participants may not raise objections.

1. 各组赛事完结后约 10 小时公布成绩，各获得杰出金奖 、优秀银奖、优良铜奖的参赛者选手，请于8月15日起 上午10:00-22:30前往「比赛场地C – 赛场8（葵芳社区会堂）」凭参赛证的二维码扫码领取奖牌及证书（每人限定一次）。
2. 各参赛组别获得1,2,3,4,5,6名的人士，须参加 8 月 18 日上午10:00 在「比赛场地A – 赛埸2（狮子会蒋翠琼中学～大礼堂）」举办的颁奖典礼、并领取奖杯，获奖金的1,2,3名需要在线上申领。
   详程如下：
   获 1,2,3 名需早上 9:30 到赛埸2报到，获4,5,6 名需早上 10:45 报到( 无法参加颁奖典礼而需要代领的人士，必须复印获奖人士身份证副本作为证明，否则视作放弃处理 )。
3. 获全场总冠军的人士，不论任何原因而未能出席 8 月18 日晚的闭幕礼演出和领奖，会被取消全场总冠军资格并不颁发任何奖项予该人士。
4. 演出面试：
   各组获第一名的选手，必须在以下时间到「比赛场地A – 赛埸2（狮子会蒋翠琼中学～大礼堂）」对面小课室面试，通过面试人士可获邀参加8月18日晚上的闭幕典礼中演出，请各位争取尽早报到面试。
   面试时间：
   8月15日：14:00 – 19:00
   8月16日：09:30 – 12:45
   8月17日：09:30 – 12:45

Important Notice

1. Medal & Certificate Collection (Award Winners):

   • Results will be announced approximately 10 hours after the conclusion of each division’s competition.

   • Winners of Outstanding Gold Award, Excellent Silver Award, and Merit Bronze Award must collect medals and certificates at Venue C – Hall 8 (Kwai Fong Community Hall) from August 15 onwards, 10:00–22:30.

   • Bring your competitor pass and scan the QR code for collection (one-time only per person).

2. Awards Ceremony (Top 6 Finalists):

   • 1st – 6th place winners of each division must attend the awards ceremony:
     Date: August 18 (Sunday)
     Time: 10:00 AM
     Venue: Venue A – Hall 2 (Auditorium, Lions Club Chiang Tsui King Secondary School).

   • Cash prize winners (1st–3rd place) must claim prizes online.

   Reporting Schedule:

   • 1st–3rd place: Report at 9:30 AM

   • 4th–6th place: Report at 10:45 AM

   • Proxy collection is permitted only with a copy of the winner’s ID card. Absence without this proof will result in forfeiture.

3. Grand Champion Requirement:

   • The Grand Champion must attend the closing ceremony and award reception on the evening of August 18.

   • Failure to appear will result in disqualification and revocation of all awards.

4. Performance Audition (1st Place Winners):

   • All 1st-place winners must attend an audition for the closing ceremony performance at the small classroom opposite Venue A – Hall 2 (Auditorium, Lions Club Chiang Tsui King Secondary School).

   • Successful candidates will perform at the August 18 closing ceremony.

   Audition Schedule:

   • August 15: 14:00 – 19:00

   • August 16: 09:30 – 12:45

   • August 17: 09:30 – 12:45

   • Early attendance is strongly advised.
